River of Silver

I make enamelled pieces and incorporate enamelled elements into my designs. I find children’s drawings very inspiring and see my associated enamel designs as a way of capturing the children’s spontaneity present in their wonderful images. I particularly enjoy commissions that include a child’s drawing that will guide me to a personal and individual design.

I also design and make silver jewellery by crocheting fine silver wire and incorporating glass beads; my pieces include ear-rings, brooches, necklaces pendants and wall pieces. In some of my designs, I use sea-glass, discovered whilst beachcombing and I am also fond of using natural pearls and glass beads.
